VINYL CHEMICALS (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 3rd May, 2024, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2024 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company.\r\n\r\nFurther, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Employees & other Related Persons, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from 31/03/2024 till 05/05/2024 for the purpose of the above Board Meeting.\r\n
